» The uptime of the service will be at least 99%
» Messages which fail in reaching the networks will be refunded.
» We will record transactions to help identify routing or failure points between the networks, Communicloud Limited and your systems.
» We will advise you on any services you wish to provide to help with compliance with The PS Authority, the Electronic Communication Act and any Gambling regulations.
» Your data will be held in accordance with the Data Protection Act.
» We will monitor services you provide on a regular basis to help ensure that they comply with any law or legislation in the country of use.
» We respect your privacy and provide a seperate privacy policy.
