At Communicloud Limited we are committed to protecting and preserving the privacy of our visitors when visiting our site or communicating electronically with us.

2. If you have an account with us, we collect only the data we need in order to provide the service to you and fulfil our legal obligations due to the nature of services we offer. We store your name, address landline number and mobile number and keep a record of all text messages sent and the number sent to and from your account for a period of 7 years.
3. We do not share data with any third party and would only release personal data or transaction history where required to do so to fulfil a legal obligation.
4. You have the right to see what data we hold about you and you have the right to ask for your data to be removed. However, for legal reasons we may be required to retain some personal data as legitimate interest and we are happy to advise what we will retain at the time of you notifying us.
5. Purchases made through CommuniCloud Limited are processed by a third party, Worldpay. Data you provide to them in order to make a purchase is subject to their terms and conditions and privacy policy. After making a purchase we are forwarded the details of the purchaser and we store the IP address, name and address and phone number of the person making the purchase. We keep this data securely for a maximum of 12 months.
6. If you close your account, your data is removed unless you have used the service to send text messages. We are then required to keep a record of your identity and personal data for our legal obligations.
7. We use email to communicate transactions of your account. If you prefer not to receive emails, you should remove your email address from within your account.
8. Customer Data you upload is stored securely and encrypted. We do not share this data with third parties unless required to do so to fulfil our legal obligations.
9. Your personal data can only be viewed by the Company Directors. Your personal data is not available to anybody else.
10. Due to the type of service we offer we are unable to provide a service to you if we do not have your name, address and contact information. These are required to fulfil our legal obligations.
